Donate Your Vehicle
Because of our partnership with Charity Motors, your unused vehicle can help Yatooma's Foundation For The Kids. To donate a car, simply call Charity Motors at 313-255-1000 and designate us as the charitable beneficiary.
You may either donate online by completing our easy to use donation form located below, or call Charity Motors, and their friendly staff will ask for some general information such as vehicle type, where the vehicle is located, etc. This will only take a few minutes. This information will be faxed to a towing company who will call you to arrange a convenient date to pick up your vehicle. You do not have to be home at the time of pick up; however, you must tell the towing company where in the vehicle you plan to leave the title and the keys. They will leave you a temporary receipt showing that they have picked up the vehicle on behalf of Charity Motors. Once Charity Motors receives your vehicle and title, they will mail you an IRS tax form and donation receipt, usually within 5-10 business days.
When the vehicle is sold, Charity Motors will send 70% of the selling price to Yatoomas Foundation For The Kids to help us further our mission of bringing tenderness to tragedy.
